Data we process
To provide avatar analysis, we process the image you upload, age, gender, analysis subject, report content, and necessary request logs. Stripe processes payments; we never receive or store complete card numbers.
After payment, we retain the payment email, Stripe order identifiers, amount, currency, and order status to deliver the report, handle refunds, and provide support.
How data is used and shared
Your image and submitted information are sent to the configured AI model provider to generate the report. Stripe processes payment and Resend delivers transactional email. We do not sell your avatar or report.
We do not disclose data to other third parties unless necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or protect system security.
Optional analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics measures public-page visits and high-level funnel events such as avatar upload completion, checkout, purchase, and report generation. Google may receive analytics cookie identifiers and general browser, device, network, referral, and approximate-location information. Analytics events never include your uploaded image, report text, email address, or report ID.
Google Analytics remains off until you consent. You can reject it or reopen Cookie settings in the site footer at any time. Withdrawing consent removes the analytics cookies we can access and stops future analytics collection in this browser.
Retention and security
Reports and input images are stored in an access-controlled database for cross-device delivery and customer support. A report ID alone is not an access credential; a protected session or one-time email link is required.
You can ask us at [email protected] to delete a report and related personal data. Some order records may be retained where required for accounting, tax, refund, and fraud-prevention obligations.
Your choices
Do not upload an image you are not entitled to process. Before analyzing someone else’s avatar, make sure you have appropriate permission. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
